Using Omogen with Your ATS
Omogen integrates natively with several ATS platforms. Once connected, you manage everything from your usual ATS: candidates are automatically evaluated, ranked, and updated without leaving your tool.

What the Integration Brings You
With your ATS connected, Omogen:
- Automatically triggers the interview as soon as a candidate reaches the configured stage
- Automatically moves candidates to the correct columns/stages based on their result
- Updates the candidate profile with the score, call status, and a link to the full report
- Eliminates the need to switch between two interfaces — everything is visible from your ATS
Common Workflow Across All ATS Platforms
Regardless of your ATS, the workflow is identical:
- A candidate reaches the Omogen trigger stage
- Omogen analyzes their CV (if available) and calls them automatically
- The interview is conducted and the report generated within seconds
- The candidate is moved to the stage corresponding to their result
- You find in your ATS: score /100, call status, link to the full report
You can also work directly from Omogen if you prefer, or if you do not have a connected ATS. The ATS integration is optional.
