Recruiting in Multiple Languages
The language set on a job posting is automatically propagated to the entire Omogen pipeline, end to end.

How It Works
When you create a job posting, you choose the language. Omogen then automatically propagates this language to each stage of the pipeline:
- Criteria extraction — criteria are analyzed in the correct language
- Question generation — interview questions are formulated in the chosen language
- Call script — Alex conducts the interview in the candidate's language
- Agent configuration — Alex's voice and behavior are adapted to the language
There is no longer any possibility of language mixing. If your posting is in Spanish, the entire pipeline runs in Spanish.
Where to Set the Language
You can set the language in two places:

Result for the Candidate
The candidate has a 100% consistent experience in their language:
- The invitation is in the correct language
- The phone or webcall interview is conducted in the correct language
- The questions asked are naturally formulated in the chosen language
Result for You
- The interview report displays the candidate's answers in the interview language
- The score and recommendations are calculated the same way, regardless of the language
- Summary emails are available in French, English, Spanish, and Italian
