Using Omogen in Beetween

Omogen integrates natively with Beetween. You manage everything from your ATS: candidates are automatically evaluated and moved between stages based on their result.

The Process at a Glance

1. You create a job posting in Beetween
2. You add an Omogen evaluation to the posting
3. You move candidates to the "AI Interview" stage
4. Omogen triggers automatically, contacts your candidates, and generates the report within seconds
5. Candidates are automatically moved:
   • "Validated" stage — top profiles identified (match)
   • "AI Processed" stage — all other profiles
6. You find directly in Beetween: score /100, call status, link to the full report with audio and written transcript

Review the Interview Before Calling Candidates (Optional)

This step is optional. It allows you to review and modify the AI-generated interview script before launching your campaign.

If you have already called candidates for this posting, it appears automatically in Omogen with no additional action required.

Manual synchronization procedure:

1. Log in to your Omogen account
2. Click "Import a Position" in the top right
3. Select "From ATS" then "Beetween"
4. Check the posting you wish to synchronize
5. Click "Synchronize Jobs" in the top right
6. Refresh the page — the posting appears on your home page

Modify the generated interview:

1. Click on the job posting in Omogen
2. Click "Edit" in the top right

You can modify:

• The order of questions
• The text of questions, introduction, and conclusion
• Remove or add questions

Click "Save" in the top right to confirm your changes.

Understanding Results in Beetween

✅ Top Profiles (status "Validated")

Candidates to contact as a priority. Conditions to be identified as a match:

• Call answered and interview completed
• All required criteria validated
• Final score ≥ 75/100

In Beetween, their call status is "validated" and they are moved to the "Validated" stage.

❓ Other Candidates (stage "AI Processed")

Three possible cases:

1. No successful call — call status "expired"
2. Call answered, interview interrupted — call status "answered"
3. Interview completed, criteria not validated — call status "validated" (but score < 75)
