Using Omogen in Beetween

Omogen is available in the Beetween Marketplace: your recruiters set up the assessment in Beetween, send it to their candidates and find the result on the candidate's profile.

Set up the integration

Done once, first in Omogen, then in Beetween.

1. Ask your Beetween contact for:

• your OIDC credentials (client ID and client secret);
• your environment: K0 or K1;
• the creation of the Omogen steps in your recruitments (for example "Recommended by AI", "Handled by AI").

2. In Omogen, open Integrations > Add integration > Beetween:

• authentication: oidc;
• API address: https://apehi.beetween.com/WeaselWeb/k1/api (K1) or https://apehi.beetween.com/WeaselWeb/k0/api (K0);
• paste the client ID and client secret, leave the rest empty.

3. Copy the Omogen key: on the Beetween card, View > Configuration tab > Webhook Token.

4. In Beetween, an administrator opens Omogen in the Marketplace, activates it and pastes the key. All your recruiters then have access.

5. In Omogen, Pipeline stages section, choose One step per result (resume, interview) and link a Beetween step to each result:

Do not move leaves the candidate where they are. The step name must exist exactly in the Beetween recruitment.

Use Omogen in Beetween

1. In a recruitment, open Omogen among the assessments. Omogen prepares the job from the ad.
2. Review Resume filters, Interview and Preferences, then validate to go back to Beetween.
3. Send the assessment to your candidates from Beetween.

Once the assessment is finished, Beetween shows the score out of 100, the status, the resume filter and interview results, and a link to the detailed report (valid 30 days, no Omogen account needed). The candidate is moved to the step linked to their result.

Resumes are not fetched and candidates are not moved

Check that the integration uses the oidc mode, with the client ID, the client secret and the API address of your environment.

Former integration: the "AI Interview" step

For companies connected before the Marketplace: add an Omogen assessment to the job, then move candidates to the "AI Interview" step. Omogen contacts them, then moves them to "Validated" (recommended) or "Handled by AI" (the others), or to one step per result if you set it up.
