Step 1 — Create Your Job Posting

The more detailed your job posting, the more relevant the questions asked to candidates and the analysis of their answers will be.

Procedure

  1. From your Omogen dashboard, click "New Job Posting"
  2. Enter the job title
  3. Choose the language of the posting — Omogen automatically propagates this language to the entire pipeline. → Learn more about the multilingual pipeline
  4. Add the expected criteria — Omogen automatically uses them to configure the interview:
    • Key skills required
    • Required diplomas or certifications
    • Required years of experience
    • Contract conditions: part-time/full-time; fixed-term/permanent/temporary; schedule; salary; etc.
  5. Review the generated criteria — you can modify or adjust them as needed
  6. Click "Save Job Posting"

Expected Result

Your job posting is created and appears in your positions list. The configured criteria will be used by Omogen to evaluate each candidate in an identical manner.
