Step 3 — Launch the Campaign

Omogen will automatically call your candidates, conduct the interview, and generate the reports.

Procedure

1. From your job posting page, click "Launch a Campaign"
2. Select the campaign type:
   • Pre-qualification — for candidates who have not yet been contacted
   • Reactivation — for candidates from your talent pool or a previous campaign
3. Select the candidates to include in the campaign
4. Click "Launch"

What Omogen Does Next

Once the campaign is launched, Omogen handles everything automatically:

• It calls each candidate (multiple attempts if no answer)
• It conducts the pre-qualification interview following your criteria
• It generates the evaluation report within seconds after each call

You do not need to do anything during this time. Results appear progressively on your dashboard.

Expected Result

The campaign is active. Each candidate's status changes from "Pending" to "In Progress" and then to the final status once the call has been processed.
