Change My Password

You can change your password directly from your account settings, without contacting support.

Accessing the Form

  1. Click on your profile in the top right corner
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click on the Security tab

Changing Your Password

  1. Enter your current password
  2. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)
  3. Confirm the new password
  4. Click Save

A confirmation message is displayed if the change was successful.

Troubleshooting

  • "Incorrect current password" — Check that you have entered your current password correctly, without typos.
  • "Password too short" — The new password must contain at least 8 characters.
  • "Passwords do not match" — The confirmation field must be identical to the new password.

If you have forgotten your current password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page.
