Problem: I see that Alex hangs up during the interview
Solution: Several cases can explain this:
- The candidate is no longer responding → Alex prompts ("Are you there?") then hangs up: this is normal behavior
- The candidate simply does not wish to continue
👉 In this case, the call stops automatically.
👉 The candidate can call Alex back at any time.
👉 If this seems abnormal, it may be a bug → contact support. and the candidate can call Alex back at any time. If this seems abnormal, it may be a bug → contact support.

Problem: I see that the interview report is incomplete
Solution: Several possible reasons:
- The candidate is no longer responding → Alex ends the call
- The candidate hung up
- The conversation went off-track → some questions were not asked
- The candidate doesn't want to continue the call
👉 In these cases, the report is incomplete but this is not a bug.

Problem: Alex is not calling back my candidates
Solution: If the candidate hung up during a previous call, no automatic callback is triggered.
👉 This is normal behavior.
👉 Solutions:
- The candidate can call Alex back
- Or you can manually restart a process for this candidate
