Step 4 — View the First Results
Each processed candidate receives a status and a score. Here is how to read them.
Possible Statuses
| Status | Meaning | Recommended Action |
|---|---|---|
| Match | Complete call + all criteria validated | Contact as a priority |
| Completed | Complete interview but criteria not met | Review the report before deciding |
| Incomplete | The interview was interrupted | Wait for a callback or follow up |
| Failed | No call attempt was successful | Verify the number or follow up manually |
Reading the Results
From your dashboard:
- Match candidates appear at the top of the list — these are your recommended profiles
- Click on a candidate to access their full report: score /100, criteria responses, audio and written transcript
