If My Candidate Wants to Call Back
📱 3 possible scenarios:
Case 1 — The candidate calls back because they could not answer when the agent called
✅ They can call the agent back 24/7. Our AI will identify the candidate by their phone number and conduct the correct interview.
Case 2 — The candidate had to interrupt their interview partway through
✅ They can call the agent back 24/7. The AI will resume the interview where it left off. The candidate can also reschedule directly with our AI agent over the phone, choosing the time and date they wish to be called back.
Case 3 — The candidate has already completed a full interview
❌ If they try to call the number back, they will reach a voicemail indicating that their application is being processed.
⚠️ Please note, if the candidate calls back from a different number than the one the AI originally tried to reach them on, their call will fail.
