Taking an Interview via Webcall
Your candidates can now take their interview with Alex directly from their web browser, without picking up the phone.
How It Works
When receiving their invitation, your candidates can choose between two interview modes:

|---|---|
| Phone | Traditional phone call — the candidate receives a call from Alex |
| Webcall | Voice interview from the browser — the candidate clicks a link and speaks to Alex directly online |
The candidate chooses their preferred mode on the invitation page. No configuration is required on the recruiter side — both options are available automatically.
The Candidate Experience via Webcall
- The candidate receives their invitation by email or SMS
- They click the link and arrive on the invitation page
- They select "Webcall" as the interview mode
- A dedicated interface opens in their browser with audio visualization
- The interview proceeds exactly like a traditional phone call
- At the end of the interview, a confirmation screen is displayed
What Does Not Change for You
The interview report, score, recommendations, and transcript are identical regardless of the mode chosen by the candidate. You do not need to configure or adapt anything in your process.
