The Summary Email

Every day (or every week depending on your preferences), you receive a summary email with a complete table of all your processed candidates. At a glance, you can see:

This email is available in French, English, Spanish, and Italian. The format is applied automatically — no action required.

The 4 Steps in Detail

1. Review Match Profiles

Check the candidates identified as Match — these are your top profiles for the day. Read their interview report and schedule a human interview for profiles that fit.

Reach out to Match candidates as a priority. Omogen surfaces concrete data points that you can use for the next stages of the recruitment process.

3. Review Incomplete Interviews

Candidates with the Incomplete status started the interview without finishing it. Wait for them to call back on their own (the AI agent is available 24/7) or follow up manually if the profile is interesting.

For each No Match or Completed candidate, quickly review the report to confirm or override the AI's recommendation. Omogen never automatically rejects a candidate — the final decision is yours.

Shortlist

During your daily review, you can add a candidate to your shortlist in one click. This feature allows you to:

  1. Mark your favorites — Click the shortlist button from the candidate profile
  2. Filter on "Shortlist" — View only your favorite candidates
  3. Compare and decide — Accelerate the next steps (follow-up, interview, decision)
